How we are paid, known before any commitment.
Principle
Our fees are agreed in writing before any property is listed for sale or rent, and are set out in the mandate you sign. No charge is made beyond what is stipulated there.
Unless otherwise agreed, the brokerage commission is payable by the principal and falls due only if the transaction is actually concluded.
Fee schedule
Our detailed fee schedule is provided on request, by telephone, by email or at a first meeting, and is adapted to the nature of the property and the scope of the mandate.
Valuation
Valuing your property is free and without obligation, whether or not it leads to a mandate.
