• Contact form: name, email address, telephone, project type and message.
• Valuation tool: exact address of the property, its features (type, year built, finishes, areas, view, noise, amenities), works carried out, selling timeline if provided, and name, email and telephone, which are required to receive the valuation; answer to the visit proposal.
• Viewing request: name, email, telephone, preferred time slot and any message.
• Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time.

• Responding to your enquiries and following up on your property project.
• Proposing properties matching your criteria.
• Producing a valuation and, if you wish, contacting you about it.
• Improving the site and measuring its audience.

Your data is neither sold, rented, nor passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, on performance of the mandate where a contractual relationship exists, on our legitimate interest in improving our services, or on your consent where this is required.

Data relating to an enquiry that does not proceed is kept for 24 months from the last contact. Data relating to a transaction is kept for the statutory retention period applicable to commercial records, namely ten years.

Access to your data is limited to the agency’s brokers, who are bound by confidentiality. Certain technical providers act on our behalf:

• Apimo (property management software): hosting of the client and mandate records.
• Our hosting provider, for making the site available and sending emails.
• Federal Office of Topography swisstopo (geo.admin.ch): the address entered in the valuation tool is sent to it to suggest addresses and read the modelled noise level at that location.

These providers use your data only on our instructions. Where a transfer outside Switzerland takes place, it is covered by the safeguards provided for by law.

The site sets the cookies necessary for it to function. The maps shown on property pages are provided by OpenStreetMap, which therefore receives your IP address. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, at the cost of degraded functionality.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, as well as the right to obtain or transfer your data. Send your request to info@vuesurlac-immo.ch; we reply within thirty days.

You may also refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

The site is served over HTTPS and we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration and unauthorised access.
